Hi there! My name is Drew Crosby (he/him) and I am a Pacific Northwest based filmmaker who you might know for directing the festival selected short films "Partners in Crust" and "Rocky is Dead", or my award winning portrayal of Ramsey Urnest in Nolen Sternkopf's horror comedy short "Fire Hill."

As one of the co-founders of Ghoul Capone Pictures, an independent genre film production studio, I’ve managed short film productions from concept to final cut with experience in all facets of development. I'm also very excited to now find myself deep in pre-production for the first feature film I am writing, directing and editing!

Where my educational history is concerned, I graduated from Clackamas Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Digital Media Communications and Video Production Technician Certification in 2021. After that I continued my education and graduated cum laude from Portland State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Film.

Additionally, while attending Portland State University, I founded the annual PSU Viking Film Festival which provides a welcoming space for current, incoming and alumni students of the school to showcase their projects, celebrate their hard work and make new connections.

I also currently happen to be available for work! Under my belt I have four years of editing video content for social media and eight years of film production (as well as musical theater performance) experience.
